Hot dipped galvanising is a highly effective method for rust-proofing wrought iron brackets, providing a durable layer of protection against corrosion. This process involves coating the brackets in molten zinc, which creates a robust barrier against the elements. If you require this finishing, we can provide a separate quote upon request to ensure that your brackets receive the best possible treatment for longevity and performance.

Last photo shows different finishing option available (from left to right),

(1) Raw wrought iron. This is unprocessed steel with a dark, oxidized surface from the manufacturing process. It has a rough, industrial look and may develop rust over time. As per featured in our photo gallery.

(2) Powdercoated in black colour. Steel coated with a durable, black colored finish through an electrostatic process and heat curing. It provides corrosion resistance and a smooth, aesthetic surface. Price on application.

(3) Grit blasted. Steel cleaned with abrasive blasting to remove mill scale and rust, creating a uniform, textured surface ideal for immediate coatings. Surface rust may appear on receipt of goods depending on the handling and transit time required.

(4) Hot dipped galvanised.  Steel coated in molten zinc, offering superior corrosion resistance with a matte, spangled finish, ideal for outdoor use. Price on application.
