Wicked Twists take customer care very seriously, so if you need any assistance regarding our products or would like to provide feeback in relation to your experience, please contact us directly on sales@wickedtwists.com.au

By placing an order with us, you are deemed to have read, understood and agreed to our terms & conditions.

Return Policy

Please consider your purchase very carefully. Our return policy lasts 7 days.

Returns are accepted within 7 days of purchase date with receipt. We offer exchange only. We do not accept returns for refund. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you an exchange for your product.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It is up to you to return in new condition, complete with tags and in its original packaging. Please include a copy of the invoice with your return. Once we have received and inspected goods, we will contact you to organise an exchange. We do NOT allow any returns on products that have been customised/modified.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Regular full priced items may be exchanged. We do not accept returns for sale and/or promotional items.

We will replace items if they are “faulty” either through a replacement OR product exchange of same value. We will hand check all orders before delivery, however, if your item arrives faulty or damaged, please email us at sales@wickedtwists.com.au within seven days of receipt to discuss the option.

We are unable to accept returns on items after seven days.

If you are requesting a replacement for your damaged item, please deliver the item to our warehouse. We will re-issue you with a new product (stock dependent) after the faulty item has been received and checked.

Shipping Return

To return your product, please deliver the item to 91 Gascoigne St Kingswood NSW 2747 in its original packaging and condition (as purchased).

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning this product. Shipping costs incurred from the original purchase is not covered and will not form part of the exchange value.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider engaging a reputable shipping company with shipment tracking and shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
